IronCAD Ships Version 4.2 of Award Winning Software  

Price Reduction Further Strengthens Value

ATLANTA, GA., June 6, 2001 -- IronCAD, LLC, the innovation leader in productive solid modeling, today announced that IronCADŇ version 4.2 is shipping, delivering on the company’s promise to provide on-time software releases that include significant customer-driven functionality. IronCAD has also announced a new software purchase price of $3,495, effective immediately. Version 4.2 incorporates numerous enhancements for both 3D modeling and 2D drawing, plus over 150 quality improvements.

Some of the key features released in IronCAD version 4.2 include:

*    The ability to directly import IGES wireframe data for use as reference geometry during the model creation process.  

*    New 3D modeling functionality for sweeping and advanced curve creation.  

*    At least a 10X performance improvement for drawing view creation from large assemblies.  

*      A new configuration module which allows the user to work in a selectable configuration that updates as changes are made.

*              Many new and enhanced 2D capabilities.
