Choose the Polyline tools. Start drawing your sketch. You can draw multiple connected lines. If hold down Ctrl key and Left mouse button while dragging, then Line became a Arc. So you can draw Lines and Arcs without pause using one tool ninja.gif .

In 2011, this is even easier. You simily left-click and drag and it will change between Arc/Line. So you left-click to place the line points, drag to change and left-click to place the points for the arc. No need to remember the ctrl key!
