-This is a sample to look in to. It sure need more work do.
-ACIS works best as default kernel for surfaces.
-When a surfacepart is a closed volumne, it turn in to a solid.

I don't understand what you're stating with this. That image doesn't look like a rendering from our products.

Are you saying that ironcad *should* be able to make this and still can not?

Sorry, this is only a sample hove this shape CAN be created in IronCAD.
I attatched an ICS, but the upploader grabbed my first attach (.jpg) again.
So here is (hopepully) the ICS:
