Hi!

Exist another way to modify dimensions, besides the right click, on IronCAD

modeling?

Thanks!

Well, you will have to right click on anything in the scene such as Handles, Dimensions, Sizebox Dimensions or 2D cross-section curve dimensions.
The only other place in the siebox dimensions under the intellishapes properties, but you need right click to get to properties. :-)

This IronCAD characteristic increases a lot the clicks quantity to do an operation.

Have a possibility to optimize this on IronCAD?

Thanks a lot!

...as compared to sketching the cross section and inputting an extrude distance? In my opinion, IronCAD has the most efficient modeling interface of any CAD software that I have used.

How do you suggest things work as to be more streamlined?

Dont forger that it is possible to set incremental steps, to be used when holding down shift wile draging handles.

Exact sketching, wery fast, no manual input needed.

Robert helped me:

"I think IronCAD could improve with less mouseclicks ( as Elder thinks).
Hove about options like this in the crossection;
-When the mouse is over a dimension value, the user could directly put in numbers with the keyboard. Enter applies.
Or
-When the mouse is over a dimension value, the user could hit spacebar to apply the same action as RMB the dimension/ Edit."

That's nice your suggestion, Marcus. I will use this too.
