Hi,
I am trying to unfold a sheetmetal part after putting a cut across it but every time I unfold it I end up with an extra section that should not be there. I can draw the profile and do the cut but I can't unfold it properly.

Hope you can help.

Regards
Danny

I take it I change it to ACIS via the options menu.

I'll give it a go and let you know.

Heres the file again.

cheers

There are two issues:
1- There is a small segment in the sketch (look at the end of the curve closest to the 0,0). Delete that and reconnect curve 1 and curve 2&3.
2. Once you reconnect it, add a tangency constraint between curve 1 and 2.

Attached is the corrected file.
