Items Addressed/Added in Hotfix #3
- Dimension Disassociation General Issues:
- Self healing of associations where geometry has not moved – Code
was broken where a self-healing mechanism computes a reconnection on other similar edges (when the original edge that the dimension was connected to is lost) that are located in the same location where the annotation is referencing.
- Dimensions that lose association should not move nor should value change and should go magenta – There is logic that is broken when a annotation does go bad (for a valid reason), the annotation changes location and changes its value (sometime it will not even show as magenta). The logic will be corrected to maintain it original location, original cached value, and will display as magenta as a disconnect annotation.
- Dimensions that lose association should be listed in Reconnect Dialog – These annotations that are disconnected should all appear in the reconnection dialog to allow the user to reconnect the annotation.
- Note: These three items should help resolve the stability of
the dimension disassociation. However, we are still looking into all the
reports to see if there are other missing areas (for example the
ordinate dimension issue where it connects to a different value or
ordinate group).
- QA 21034 - Hide a part of an assembly. Hide the assembly containing the hidden part. Unhide all. The first part hidden is not selectable.
- QA 21038 - Export a drawing that has section views. The Section views are not exported to DWG.
- QA 21036 - Scene is able to open but they are not able to save the file.
- QA21044 - Cosmetic threads are missing for fasteners on regular
views
- QA21053 - Drawing is not saving in an updated state with
dimensions
- QA 21071 - General crashes on this assembly and failed to save
when on a Swedish OS.
- QA 21082 - Extend curve command shrinks the command browser when
pressing cancel.
- QA 21109 - Updating a single view in a sheet is causing all views
in the sheet to connect to the scene and activate configurations
(performance issue)
- General Stability – IronCAD crashes and closes when making changes in the Sketch when the Property Browser is open.
- Enhancements
