As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance and improve our products, we are excited to announce the release of Service Pack #1 for IronCAD DCS 2025. This update brings valuable improvements to the quality and usability of the application.
How to Access the Update:
- IronCAD Live Update: If you have IronCAD DCS 2025 installed, the IronCAD Live Update utility will notify you of the new version. You can download and install the update directly from this utility.
- Manual Download: You can also manually download the installation by selecting “Check Updates” in the Live Update utility or by following the links below, along with the provided installation notes.

Installation and Download Notes
- Click the download link to begin your download. Once complete, run the IronCAD2025SP1_DLM.exe or IronCAD2025SP1_Patch_DLM.exe to begin the installation process.
- The Patch installation can only install on the IronCAD Design Collaboration Suite 2025 and will update all products included with the Design Collaboration Suite (IRONCAD, INOVATE, IRONCAD DRAFT, and IRONCAD COMPOSE).
- This Service Pack cannot be uninstalled individually from the Add/Remove Programs in the control panel. To uninstall, you will need to remove the full IronCAD 2025 version and reinstall the standard 2025. You can uninstall using the Uninstall IronCAD DCS in the Start-Programs-IronCAD 2025 menu.

Pre-Release Announcement: New Piping Module
We are thrilled to announce the pre-release of the new Piping Module as part of IronCAD 2025 Service Pack #1. This module introduces a suite of powerful tools designed to meet precision piping requirements with ease and efficiency.
Introduction of the Piping Module
The Piping Module offers a comprehensive set of tools for precision piping design. Key features include:
- Toolboxes of Standards: Access a range of predefined standards, or customize your own to meet specific project requirements. This flexibility ensures adherence to industry norms or tailored designs to unique specifications.
- Automatic Routing and Splitting: Utilize automatic routing to quickly lay out pipe runs. The module allows for easy adjustments to meet critical design criteria. You can split runs and insert various components, including flanges, elbows, fittings, and welding gaps where necessary.
- Dynamic Updates: Any modifications to the piping route are automatically reflected in the 3D model. This ensures that all components and connections are accurately updated, maintaining the integrity of the design.
This module is designed to streamline the piping design process, ensuring both accuracy and efficiency, making it an essential tool for engineers and designers.
IronCAD 2025 SP1 – Pre-Release of Piping Module Notes:
- Targeted for Initial Testing: This pre-release is aimed at testing the new functionality to become familiar with the module and content.
- Additional Standard Development: SP1 contains a basic set of standards for ANSI/GB/ISO for Welded Pipe which will continue to be developed for additional standards for the official launch.
- Ongoing Development: Development will continue to refine and improve the capabilities for ease of use based on customer feedback.
- Free Initial Launch: The Piping Module will be initially launched as a free-to-use module for all IronCAD customers.
- Future Availability: In IronCAD 2026, the Piping Module will be included for all active IronCAD Armor Advantage (AA) and Software Subscription (SS) customers. For non-AA/SS customers or those returning to AA/SS, there will be an additional yearly charge for the Piping Module. IronCAD reserves the right to modify this pricing scheme before and after the IronCAD 2026 release.
