The Trim/Extend Structured Frame Tool allows you to add End Conditions to joints in the Structured Frame. You can select Miter, End Butt or Trim to Face options on each end of a structured frame section.

   

1. Select the Blend Command.
2. Select the desired blend type in the command browwer.
3. Select edges and faces on a part to apply the blend.
4. Select ok (green checkmark) to finish the command.

Trim/Extend Structured Frame

To Trim/Extend a Structured Frame

1. Select the Trim/Extend Structured Frame Tool on the Structured Part Ribbon Bar.

2. Select the Type of Trim:

   • Miter - 45 Angle trim between two members.

   • End Butt - Overlap Frame 1 over Frame 2 at the End.

   • Trim to Face - Trim a selected frame to a selected face.

3. Set Welding Gap offset id desired.

4. Select the green check mark to apply.
