Scenes may be exported in the following formats.  For each format, the extension of the exported file name appears in parentheses.

  • ACIS Part (.sat)

  • Parasolid (.x_t)

  • STEP AP203 (.stp)

  • STEP AP214 (.stp)

  • IGES (.igs)

  • Catia V4 (.model)

  • Visual Basic File (.bas)

  • 3D Studio (.3ds)

  • Stereolithography (.stl)

  • AutoCAD DXF (.dxf)

  • Wavefront OBJ (.obj)

  • POV-Ray 2.x (.pov)

  • Raw Triangles (.raw)

  • VRML 2.0 (.wrl)

  • HSF (.hsf)

Additional Add-on Translators are available for:

Naturally, the purposes and capabilities of these formats vary, from one another and from IRONCAD .  For this reason, the nature of the exporting process depends on the destination format.
